Andie

Andie specializes in helping golfers, racquet sport athletes-including tennis and pickleball players- as well as skiers and snowboarders maximize their performance. Her expertise also lies in working with compressed disc, postural and pelvic floor issues for both women and men, pre- and postnatal clients, Pilates for osteoporosis, neuropathy and steppage/shuffling gait correction for senior populations.


A 450+ hour certified Equinox alum, Andie is passionate about challenging clients while honoring their unique bodies and individual needs. Her sessions blend strength, precision, and mindful movement to help clients build confidence, resilience, and long-term functional fitness

Mako

Mako grew up playing a wide range of sports, with basketball as her main focus while also developing a strong background in dance, including hip hop, house, and street jazz. Her Pilates journey began as a hobby but quickly grew into a deep passion as she discovered its importance for strength, balance, and overall well-being. Mako is a certified BASI Pilates Teacher, with a strong foundation in Pilates principles and teaching to inspire her clients to true wellness. ” I’m committed to helping others experience the benefits of Pilates in both body and mind.”

Tricia

Tricia is a professional dancer, movement teacher and certified Pilates instructor who found Pilates during injury rehab at The Boston Conservatory and has never looked back. What began as a tool for healing became a lifelong practice rooted in strength, discipline, and embodied awareness. Her classes are highly challenging, intentional, and unapologetically athletic.​

Leah

Leah is a ballet-trained movement instructor with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and somatic awareness. She finds deep fulfillment in supporting and guiding mothers in their pre and post natal journeys, helping them build strength, confidence and a renewed connection to their changed bodies. Leah brings a dancers eye for detail into every class she teaches and has a strong focus on control, alignment, and deep core work for core-driven stability. She was drawn to Pilates for its ability to build strength with intention and now teaches it as a way to help others feel more connected, capable, and in control of their bodies. Her classes are intentional, a little spicy, and designed to make you feel stronger, connected, and addicted for more.​

Gloria

Gloria is a comprehensively certified, 500-hour BASI Pilates instructor who is passionate about postural alignment and helping every client experience a balanced, full-body workout. She teaches the classical Pilates method with a modern twist, tailoring sessions to the demands of today’s lifestyles, from long hours at a desk to extended time spent driving. Her journey into teaching Pilates began after experiencing its transformative effects firsthand while working as a certified medical assistant. Gloria found that Pilates eliminated her chronic low back pain, dramatically improved her posture, and helped her become stronger than ever before. Inspired by these life-changing benefits and her passion for helping others, she was motivated to share the same positive impact with her clients. Gloria’s classes are thoughtfully designed to be both challenging and rewarding, leaving clients feeling stronger, more aligned, energized and feeling 10x better long after class ends!​

Clementine

Clementine grew up in Hermosa Beach, California and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with a BFA in Ballet. She went on to dance ballet professionally and developed a passion for Pilates as an essential form of cross-traininig to further develop full-body strength, control, and mobility. Clementine holds a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification. She is thrilled to help others reap the transformative benefits of a consistent Pilates practice.

Audrey

Audrey is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor dedicated to helping others discover the strength and clarity that comes from mindful movement – knowledge (of your body) really is power! Audrey has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years; she holds her 450-hour Certification from Drexel Pilates, where she trained under the brilliant Jennifer Morley. With her foundation in Classical Pilates, Audrey enjoys blending those original exercises with fun, informed contemporary variations. A lifelong dancer, singer, and actress, Audrey also uses her love affair with movement to enrich her Pilates classes. Her classes promise a great workout, an even better playlist, and will leave you feeling an inch taller.​
